A Priming soufflé is something that’s completely new to me, I’d never heard of it and only found out about it when Superdrug kindly sent it me to review for their Blog Squad.
B. Is their own brand beauty and skincare line which is cruelty free and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
I was expecting the product to have a scent but it doesn’t. It feels exactly like the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation which is lovely and a little goes a long way.
With this primer you can use it alone for a matte finish or use it after moisturising, I personally prefer using it alone as I feel it makes my foundation look better and last longer .
It costs £9.99 for 20g which I feel is a little pricy for a Drugstore product. Whilst it’s a good product I don’t think I’d purchase this product due to the price.
B. Official Makeup has recently been rebranded after a while of being away from the shelves. If you’ve never heard of B. it’s the cruelty free makeup brand by Superdrug and is vegan and vegetarian friendly.
I was kindly sent a luminous silk lipstick of theirs to test as part of the Superdrug Blog Squad. The shade I received is Suis Moi.
I was really pleased to get a nude pink shade as I don’t really wear many other colours. I think the packaging is quite sleek and simple as well.
The formula is described as luminous silk, it glides on the lips nicely and doesn’t feel sticky etc… The shade is quite sheer to begin with but is buildable with layers.
One issue I did have with this lipstick is I don’t feel it matches the shade sticker as I was expecting a more purple mauve shade. I much prefer the shade it actually is but that’s not the point so just be careful when ordering online if you haven’t seen swatches first.
I love the colour but it is transfer proof and it doesn’t really last long if you’re eating or drinking but it hasn’t put me off trying more from the range.
The lipsticks retail at £6.99 and come in a wide range of shades!
Ditch the wipes in favour of the B. Pure Micellar Water. It cleanes, tones and refreshes skin whilst gently removing make up.
It’s great for all skin types including very sensitive skin and best of all you can use it on Eye make up!
I’ve tried Micellar waters and face wipes in the past which have made my eyes feel sore afterwards and my skin isn’t even that sensitive but this product is great. One problem I did find with removing eye make up is that for eyeliner it did transfer it under my eye more so than removing it.
For £4.49 you get a large 400ml bottle that’s sure to last a while and currently B. Skincare is buy one get one free so why not stock up!

Today’s post is about a product that every make-up user needs, a good brush cleaner. It’s really important to clean brushes in order to ensure there’s no bacteria or dust in the bristles because of course this would cause you to have skin problems and possible breakouts.
The amazing product that’s great for cleaning brushes is by Superdrug’s own brand B. The bottle comes with a pump spray and you only need to use 2-3 sprays a time depending on how much product is on the bristles.
It’s quick an easy to use and all you need to do is rub your brushes on some tissue to remove the makeup. The cleanser works both on synthetic and natural bristles, I was sceptical to begin with having recently purchased Real Technique brushes for the first time and I didn’t want to ruin them but the product works perfect on them.
For as little as £4.99 for the single bottle (125ml) and £4.00 for the bottle and muslin cloth (bizarre deal I know) you can clean your brushes without worry of ruining them.
